Forge Constructors, formerly known as JFB Construction, emerged over half a decade ago as the in-house construction division of a thriving commercial development and management enterprise. From inception, our mission has been to cater to every requirement of tenants within their spaces, encompassing build-outs, renovations, make-ready projects, ground-up construction, and comprehensive preconstruction services.
Remarkably, our team’s exceptional performance often led tenants to engage us directly for additional projects, extending beyond initial collaborations to encompass new construction ventures across various offices and locations.
Our journey has been a relentless pursuit of excellence, encountering and conquering every conceivable scenario and delivery method in service of our clients. In 2017, this dedication and expertise propelled Forge Constructors to become an independent entity, specializing in constructing spaces for commercial offices, retail establishments, and non-profit organizations.

Josh Bar-Yadin
Managing Partner
Josh Bar-Yadin founded Forge Constructors in 2017 (formerly JFB Construction) and continues to oversee the company and its growing team. Prior to founding Forge, Josh was a founding member of Entrada Partners, a commercial real estate investment company based in Dallas with industrial, office, retail, and multi-family assets held across Texas. Josh managed all construction services for Entrada’s real estate and with a growing portfolio, Josh saw the need for efficient and consistent service to drive maximum results. With this continued growth, Josh also saw an opportunity to expand services to other real estate and business owners – and Forge Constructors as forged.
With a remarkable track record, Josh has amassed a wealth of experience in construction services. He has directed initiatives that have revitalized over 3.5 million square feet of commercial space and more than 1,000 multi-family residences, with a cumulative worth exceeding $50 million in the San Antonio, Austin, and Dallas regions.
A graduate of The University of Texas at San Antonio, Josh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance and Marketing and has contributed to the university’s legacy through service on the UTSA Alumni Association Executive Board. His diverse professional background includes a stint with United Fashions as a Project Manager and a leadership role at UPS, where he was a Finance/Operations Supervisor managing a team of 170 across Central Texas.

His approach is characterized by a keen eye for detail and a commitment to operational efficiency, which has consistently resulted in the successful execution of projects and the expansion of business portfolios.
Eric has worked successfully on projects of all types including commercial, K-12, higher education, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, multifamily, student housing, office, retail, restaurant, and sports.
John Clark
Vice President of Operations
John Clark, the Vice President of Operations at Forge Constructors, is a highly experienced construction management professional with a 30-year track record of outstanding performance. He has a proven history of successfully managing and improving construction companies, handling projects for startups and Fortune 500 firms across multiple states, and excelling in various construction sectors, including Commercial, Multifamily, Retail, Hospitality, Medical, and Restaurants. With comprehensive expertise in budgeting and finance, strategic planning, subcontractor/vendor relationships, and resource allocation, John is a results-driven leader. His multiple-state General Contracting licenses reflect his commitment to the highest quality standards. Under his guidance, Forge Constructors consistently delivers exceptional construction projects from start to finish.
